- 45 min — the same service, extended time for deeper lymphatic drainage
- 60 min full program — pressotherapy, sauna, IR and body wrap at the end
Recommended course: 1-2x a week as a course or once every 2 weeks as a spa day; once off — for relaxation.

Before your visit
Arrive without make-up on the area to be treated and plan a few minutes for a consultation before the procedure. If you are taking medication or have skin sensitivity, please inform the specialist at the beginning of your visit.
